Shipping and delivery are from Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Sea moss gels are done to order and the process takes at least 12 hours. Orders shipped via Knutsford Express or Zip mail should be collected within 1 day of delivery. We do not take responsibility for any item left uncollected after 1 day.

Shipping is done priority due to the sensitivity of the product. We ship on Mondays in the USA. Order at least 10 hours prior to shipping day.
